3. Eligibility (30-Day Window)
You're eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your purchase. We'll just need your order details (e.g. order ID or the email used at checkout) so we can locate the transaction.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@5km.tech with your order details. We'll review and process the refund through your original method of payment. Timing depends on your card issuer's policies, but on our side we move within 1–2 business days.
5. After 30 Days
Once the 30-day window has passed, we're generally unable to issue refunds. If you're running into a specific problem with Zipic, please reach out anyway — we'd much rather help you get it working than leave you stuck.
6. Why We Updated This Policy
Our previous policy excluded refunds once a license was activated. We've removed that restriction — you shouldn't have to take a leap of faith to evaluate Zipic. The free tier lets you explore the basics, and our 30-day refund window covers everything else.
